Vet your applicants skills with a third party proctor.  BRA will pose a CAT3 problem a composite lead technician should be able to process and repair within two shifts. 

Through this process we can assess technical literacy, communication, documentation,  industrial hygiene and safety, familiarity and competence with tools, judgement achieving BOD, mapping and scarfing, lamination prep and technique, vacuum and post-cure technique, profiling and coating.  

A thorough report with images is provided to both client and technician.
